Registration will be individual, with separate attendee and billing details. Lunch reservations will be offered as optional extras.

Do federated society members receive the member rate?
Yes. As agreed by the organisers, their members can use the same category as SEBOT members.
Are lunches included?
Lunch boxes are planned as optional extras requiring advance booking and an additional fee. Final conditions will be published before sales open.
Can I request an invoice?
Billing details will be collected during registration. Tax and invoicing conditions will be published with the fees.
